The servo energy-saving series injection molding machine is equipped with a high-performance servo variable speed power control system. During the molding process of the injection molding machine, different frequency output is made for different pressure flow, and the closed flow control of the pressure flow is performed accurately to realize the injection molding of the servo motor. High-speed response and optimal matching and automatic adjustment of machine energy requirements.
1. Energy-saving devices such as servo controllers and servo motors with excellent performance are used.
2. Sensitive servo control system, the quick start reaction time only needs 0.04 Seconds.
3. The servo motor and hydraulic system form a closed-loop control, which greatly improves the repeatability compared with the traditional model.
4. Can reduce the impact of the open mold, also can extend the service life of the mechanical parts and molds.
5. Reduce the use of electricity. Under ideal working conditions, this model can save 20%-80% more energy than traditional injection molding machines.
6. the system heat is far lower than the traditional injection molding machine, saving about 30% of the cooling water, extending the service life of oil seals and hydraulic parts.
